En médecine traditionnelle chinoise le printemps fait partie de l'élément Bois. Dans la nature tout s'habille de vert au printemps, il est aisé de comprendre que la couleur de cet élément est le Vert.

Le Bois est l'élément du changement, de l'adaptation qui doit se faire dans la douceur. Trop de rigidité, corporelle ou mentale, déséquilibre cet élément et fait naître la colère qui est l'émotion associée au Bois et qui vous laissera un goût acide.

Ainsi les yeux secs, rouges, ou encore un orgelet sont souvent l'indice d'un déséquilibre du Foie. Tout comme peuvent l'être une déchirure musculaire ou une tendinite.

Le foie est aussi responsable de la circulation sanguine et veineuse. Le syndrome pré-menstruel avec des seins très lourds et douloureux, les crampes sont des indices d'un déséquilibre du Foie. Tout comme peuvent l'être les varices ou hémorroïdes. Combien d'entre-nous souffrent d'hémorroïdes après les fêtes de fin d'année ? Une nourriture beaucoup trop riche met le Foie à mal...

  • Buvez du thé vert
  • Réduisez les produits laitiers et le gluten, les sucreries et les graisses animales.
